The 12-Week Cycle
We operate on a rolling 12-week cycle designed to touch on every aspect of the human experience.
This is an Evergreen Journey.
You do not need to wait for "Week 1" to join. The circle is designed so you can step in at any point. Whether you join us on the topic of "Resilience" or "Vulnerability," you will find yourself exactly where you need to be.
Each week explores a different theme through our "Golden Threads":
- Education: Understanding the neuroscience of your reactions.
- Embodiment: Breathwork and movement to shift energy.
- Sharing: A safe container to speak your truth.

Online Circle
For men everywhere.
Currently, we gather weekly via Google meets.
This allows us to build community without borders, offering a accessible space to check in, ground yourself, and connect with the tribe.

Worthing Hub
Deep, in-person work.
Weekly sessions enabling deeper somatic work, stronger connection, and a physical presence that online calls cannot replicate.
Capacity: We try to limit numbers to 20 men per cycle to ensure intimacy and safety.

Beyond the 12 Weeks
Growth doesn't stop after three months.
As our in-person group reaches capacity, we ensure the door remains open for new men. Graduates of the 12-week cycle will be invited to move into our Advanced Alumni Group

This allows you to continue your practice, mentor newer members, and deepen your journey, while freeing up space in the core circle for the next man who needs it.
